Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms govern purchases from the NEXORRA online store operated by A & M Elektrotechnik e.U.

These Terms govern purchases from the NEXORRA online store operated by A & M Elektrotechnik e.U.

1. Seller and scope

The NEXORRA online store is operated by A & M Elektrotechnik e.U. These Terms apply to orders placed through NEXORRA websites and form part of the sales contract together with the product and checkout information.

2. NEXORRA and third-party brands

NEXORRA is an independent retailer. Product and manufacturer names, trademarks and logos used on the website identify the respective goods and belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated and documented, use of a third-party brand does not mean that NEXORRA is the manufacturer, brand owner or an authorised partner of that brand.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to present product characteristics, compatibility, images, availability and market-specific pricing accurately. Minor non-material differences in packaging or presentation may occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfilment.

4. Ordering and contract formation

Products can be placed in the cart, reviewed during checkout and submitted by using the order button. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and correct the entered data. The order is binding when submitted. The sales contract is concluded when NEXORRA sends an order confirmation accepting the order.

5. Prices, taxes and discounts

The currency and prices applicable to the selected market are shown on the website and during checkout. Any discount, promotional code and shipping charge applicable to the order is shown in the order summary before submission. Mandatory taxes or import charges are handled according to the checkout information and applicable law; where an import charge is not expressly stated as included, it may be payable by the customer.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For bank-transfer orders, fulfilment may begin after cleared funds are received. Card, Klarna or other payment methods may be offered through external payment providers where available. A payment method shown as temporarily unavailable cannot be used until the relevant payment connection is active.

7. Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Risk passes in accordance with mandatory consumer law applicable to the order.

8. Withdrawal and voluntary 30-day return policy

Where mandatory consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, including the generally applicable 14-day right for eligible EU/EEA distance purchases, that right remains fully available. In addition, NEXORRA voluntarily accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days after receipt.

  • For the voluntary return period, the product must be returned complete with supplied accessories and, beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, without signs of use that materially reduce its value.
  • Statutory exclusions from withdrawal remain applicable, including where the law excludes a right of withdrawal for particular sealed, hygiene-sensitive, customised or other excluded goods.
  • Unless the return results from a defect, incorrect delivery or mandatory law provides otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of the return shipment.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method where reasonably possible. We may wait until the returned goods are received or the customer provides evidence of return, to the extent permitted by law.
  • The voluntary 30-day policy does not reduce any mandatory statutory consumer right.

9. Warranty and conformity

Customers retain all statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Any additional manufacturer warranty is separate from statutory rights and may vary by product and manufacturer.

10. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is governed by applicable law. Product use must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety information.

12. Governing law and consumer protection

Austrian law applies to the contractual relationship to the extent legally permitted. For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.

13. Contact and complaints

Questions concerning orders, returns, warranty or complaints can be sent to info@nexorra.at or discussed by telephone at +43 664 1654353. Last updated: 13 August 2026.
